摘要
针对散烧原煤对大气环境的负面影响,重点研究利用钙基中引入适量的红土助剂,制得复合固硫剂,提高民用洁净焦炭的高温固硫率。结果表明,当钙硫比为2,红土的添加量为1%,燃烧温度为1100℃时,民用洁净焦炭燃烧固硫率可达79%,较同条件下未加红土的民用洁净焦炭,其固硫率提高了44%。本研究为民用洁净焦炭的制备提供了理论依据。
In view of the influence of bulk coal on the atmospheric environment,this paper focuses on the preparation of civil clean coke with composite sulfur fixation agent by introducing proper amount of laterite auxiliary agent into calcium base.The results show that when the ratio of calcium to sulfur is 2,the addition of laterite is 1%,and the combustion temperature is 1100℃,the sulfur fixation rate of civil clean coke combustion can reach 79%,which is 44%higher than that of civil clean coke without adding laterite under the same condition.This study provides a theoretical basis for the preparation of civil clean coke.
