摘要
煤基活性炭的性能与原料煤的性质有关,文章通过分析宁夏典型矿区煤炭煤岩特征及相应的活性炭的质量性能,研究了原料煤的煤岩特征与活性炭质量关系。有机组分含量是活性炭孔隙结构和孔隙数量的决定性因素,当无机组分含量大于5%时,无机组分对活性炭吸附性能产生的影响逐渐加大;镜质组与惰质组含量之比约为5:1时,制备的活性炭中孔最发育,当二者之比偏离此值,制备的活性炭中孔减少,微孔增加;当壳质组含量大于0.5%时,会对活性炭的孔隙结构和数量产生影响。
The properties of coal-based activated carbon are related to the properties of raw coal.Through analyzing the coal petrographic characteristics of typical mining areas in Ningxia and the quality performance of the corresponding activated carbon,the paper studies the relationship between the coal petrographic characteristics of raw coal and the quality of activated carbon.The content of organic components is the decisive factor for the pore structure and pore number of activated carbon.When the content of inorganic components is more than 5%,the influence of inorganic components on the adsorption performance of activated carbon increases gradually;When the ratio of vitrinite to inertinite content is about 5:1,the mesopore of the prepared activated carbon is the most developed,When the ratio deviates from this value,the mesopore of the prepared activated carbon decreases and the micropore increases;When the content of chitin is greater than 0.5%,the pore structure and quantity of activated carbon will be affected.
