摘要
为了更好地保障变电运维倒闸操作的安全顺利进行,对一起变电站进行倒闸操作后,断路器不能远程合闸引发延误送电的问题进行分析,提出了在检查断路器电气位置时,应对监控信号进行检查的建议,并优化了变电站电气位置检查策略,以进一步提高变电运维人员的综合技术素质,促进运维队伍由“设备主人”向“设备主人+全科医生”的转型。
In order to better ensure the safe and smooth operation of substation operation and maintenance, we analyze a problem of delayed power delivery caused by the inability to remotely close the circuit breaker after substation operation, and propose the suggestion of checking the monitoring signal when checking the electrical position of the circuit breaker, and optimize the strategy of checking the electrical position of the substation, so as to further improve the comprehensive technical quality of substation operation and maintenance personnel and promote the transformation of the operation and maintenance team from "equipment master" to "equipment master + general practitioner".
