摘要
为解决传统人工方式对肉料中骨渣、筋膜等杂质剔除存在的安全性低、工作量大、杂质剔除效率不好以及可能对肉质造成污染等问题,根据实际应用需求提出了绞肉机设计的总体要求和总体设计方案,并主要对绞肉机中的螺旋供料机、铰刀、分离板等主要结构进行了设计,为后续进一步优化绞肉机的结构奠定了基础。
In order to solve the problems of low safety,high workload,poor efficiency of impurities rejection and possible contamination of meat quality in the traditional manual way,the general requirements and overall design plan of the meat grinder are proposed according to the actual application requirements.The design of the main structures of the meat grinder,such as the spiral feeder,reamer and separator plate,is designed to lay the foundation for further optimisation of the structure of the grinder.
