摘要
选取2007—2018年中国27个都市圈的面板数据,从创新、绿色、协调、共享、开放、智慧等6个维度构建了都市圈经济发展质量指标体系并运用熵值法赋权,运用该指标体系测算2007—2018年27个都市圈经济发展质量得分,作为被解释变量;分别计算普速和高速公路、普速和高速铁路、航空、内河航运、邮政物流的现代交通优势度,作为核心解释变量;以坡度和高程作为工具变量,分别进行OLS、2SLS回归分析。研究发现:现代交通基础设施能够促进都市圈经济发展质量提升,对创新发展、产业协调与智慧生活具有正向影响,对成果共享具有负面作用,对不同等级、不同地理区位都市圈的影响存在差异。因此,应该基于都市圈具体状况,制定差异化发展战略,逐步消除影响都市圈经济发展质量的障碍,促进各级各类都市圈经济发展质量提升。
Taking the panel data of 27 metropolitan areas in China from 2007 to 2018,an indicator system for the economic development quality of metropolitan areas are constructed from six dimensions,including innovation,green,coordination,sharing,openness and wisdom,and entropy method is used to assign weights.The indicator system is applied to calculate the economic development quality scores of 27 metropolitan areas from 2007 to 2018,which are used as the explained variables.The dominance degrees of modern transportation of highway and expressway,highway and high-speed railway,aviation,inland waterway shipping and postal logistics are calculated as the core explanatory variables.OLS and 2 SLS regression analyses are carried out with slope and elevation as tool variables.The results show that modern transportation infrastructure can promote the economic development quality of metropolitan areas,has a positive impact on innovative development,industrial coordination and smart life,has a negative impact on fruits sharing,and has different impacts on metropolitan areas of different levels and geographical locations.Therefore,based on the specific conditions of the metropolitan areas,a differentiated development strategy should be formulated to reduce the barriers that affect the economic development quality of metropolitan areas,and promote the economic development quality of various types of metropolitan areas at all levels.
