摘要
铬作为动物和人体必需的一种微量元素,是构成葡萄糖耐受因子的成分之一。在饲料中添加的铬有无机和有机两种形式,但有机铬比无机铬更易吸收且生物学效应更高。丙酸铬的吸收效率比其他的有机铬更高,会对动物体的糖脂代谢、蛋白质及核酸代谢产生影响,并且丙酸铬能改变糖类等营养物质的沉积和利用方向,对水产动物的免疫、繁殖、生长以及胴体品质产生影响,可降低应激反应,强化动物体的免疫功能,提高生长和生产性能。文章就丙酸铬的生物学功能以及在水产饲料中的应用进行了概述。
Chromium is an essential trace element for animal and human which is the component of glucose tolerance factor.There are two forms chromium additives in feed,inorganic chromium and organic chromium,but organic forms are more easily absorbed and has higher biological effects than those of inorganic forms.The absorption efficiency of chromium propionate is higher than other organic chromium,which impacts the metabolism of glucose,lipid,protein and nucleic acid,chromium propionate can change the deposition and utilization direction of carbohydrates and other nutrients,and affect the immunity,reproduction,growth and carcass quality of aquatic animals.It can reduce stress response,strengthen the immune function of animals,and improve growth and production performance.The biological functions of chromium propionate and its applications in aquatic feed were summarized.
