摘要
目的分析医护一体化与快速康复理念应用于妇科腹腔镜手术患者的临床效果。方法选择2022年1月至5月在厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院行妇科腹腔镜手术治疗的244例患者,依据随机数字表法分为两组,每组各122例。观察组采用医护一体化与快速康复理念,对照组采用医护传统协作模式实施常规护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组的护士交班时间和对患者基本信息及病情知晓程度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院时两组的疼痛程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后观察组的疼痛程度轻于对照组,且舒适度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的家属对护士满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化与快速康复理念应用于妇科腹腔镜手术患者的临床效果佳,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the concept of medical care integration and rapid recovery applied to patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods From January to May 2022,244 patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery in Women and Children’s Hospital of Xiamen University were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 122 cases in each group.The observation group adopted the concept of medical care integration and rapid rehabilitation,while the control group adopted the traditional cooperation mode of medical care to implement conventional nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The shift handover time and awareness of patients’information and and conditions of nurses in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain degree between the two groups at admission(P>0.05).After operation,the degree of pain of the observation group was lighter than that of the control group,and the comfort level was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the family members of the observation group with nurses was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The concept of integration of medical care and rapid recovery has a better clinical effect in patients undergoing gynecological l aparoscopic surgery,which is worth promotion.
