摘要
目的探讨全程护理干预在小儿腹股沟疝手术中的应用效果。方法回顾性选择2020年10月至2022年3月滨州医学院附属医院治疗的80例腹股沟疝患儿,其中2020年10月至2021年7月收治的40例为对照组,采用常规护理措施,2021年8月至2022年3月收治的40例为观察组,采用全程护理措施,观察两组患儿护理效果。结果观察组的首次下床活动时间、排便时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间短于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组,且观察组并发症总发生率与复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程护理干预运用于小儿腹股沟疝手术中可有效加快康复流程,提高护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,有效改善预后情况。
Objective To explore the application effect of whole course nursing intervention in the operation of inguinal hernia in children.Methods A total of 80 children with inguinal hernia who were treated in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from October 2020 to March 2022 were retrospectively selected,of which 40 patients who were treated from October 2020 to July 2021 were set as the control group,used routine nursing measures,and 40 patients who were treated from August 2021 to March 2022 were set as the observation group,used whole course nursing measures,the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The first time out of bed,defecation time,anal exhaust time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the total nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole course nursing in inguinal hernia surgery can effectively accelerate the rehabilitation process,improve nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications,and effectively improve the prognosis.
