智能气囊防护服的高坠测试试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了能在高坠意外事故发生时给作业人员多一份保护,将高坠事故的致残、致死率降到最低,从施工现场一件不起眼的反光马甲着手,研究设计了可实时监测相关数据并在意外事故发生时自动触发导通装置,60 ms内完成一体化气囊充气的智能防护服。为了明确防护服的有效防护高度和不同高度坠落时气囊气室的有效缓冲和吸收能量值,进行了一系列假人高坠试验。试验表明智能气囊防护服可起到良好的安全保护效果,具有广阔的应用前景。 In order to give operators more protection when high fall accidents occur and minimize the disability and death rate of high fall accidents,we start from an inconspicuous reflective vest at construction sites realizing the intelligent protective suit that can monitor the relevant data in real time and automatically trigger the switching device to complete the integrated airbag inflating within 60ms when an accident occurs.In order to determine the effective protective height of the protective suit and the effective buffering and absorption energy value of the airbag chamber when falling at different heights,a series of height falling tests of dummy were carried out.The test shows that the intelligent airbag protective suit can play a good safety protection effect and has a broad application prospect.
