摘要
利用卡拉胶在外界热载荷的刺激下具有凝胶-溶胶转变特性,与聚丙烯酰胺共混制备得到卡拉胶-聚丙烯酰胺双层网络水凝胶。通过粘接性能测试实验,发现卡拉胶-聚丙烯酰胺双层网络水凝胶与本体粘接时,在初始低温时粘接能高达400 J·m^(-2)、高温脱粘时粘接能下降为50 J·m^(-2)、低温再粘接后粘接能增至280 J·m^(-2),实现了水凝胶的热可逆强韧粘接。随着卡拉胶质量比的增加,卡拉胶-聚丙烯酰胺双层网络水凝胶力学、粘接性能相应升高。这一热可逆粘接方法不需要复杂的表面结构设计且粘接能高,在临床医用中极具价值。
The thermal reversible adhesion was achieved by fabricating a polyacrylamide-carrageenan double-network hydrogel containing a thermally reversible bonding network.Through the adhesion energy test experiment,it was found that when the carrageenan-polyacrylamide double network hydrogel bonded to the body,the adhesion energy was 400 J·m^(-2) at the initial low temperature,the adhesion energy was reduced to 50 J·m^(-2) at high temperature and the adhesion energy was increased to 280 J·m^(-2) after low temperature rebonding,which realized the thermal reversible and strong adhesive of the hydrogel.It was found that as the mass ratio of carrageenan increased,the mechanical and adhesive properties of the double-layer network hydrogel increased.This does not require complicated surface structure design and tough adhesion,which is of great value in clinical medicine.
