摘要
电子化学品又被称为电子化工材料,是集成电路(IC)、平板显示(FPD)、印刷电路板(PCB)行业的基础性材料。电子化学品大体上包括这四类:超净高纯化学试剂、光刻胶、封装材料、液晶材料。随着电子工业的快速发展,对电子化学品的纯度提出了更高的要求,电子化学品的发展面临新的挑战。电子化学品的提纯方式多样,应用广泛。
Electronic chemicals,also known as electronic chemical materials,are the basic materials of integrated circuit(IC),flat panel display(FPD)and printed circuit board(PCB)industries.Electronic chemicals generally include these four categories:ultra-clean high-purity chemical reagents,photoresist,packaging materials,liquid crystal materials.With the rapid development of the electronics industry,higher requirements are placed on the purity of electronic chemicals,and the development of electronic chemicals faces new challenges.The purification methods of electronic chemicals are various and widely used,which will be briefly introduced in this article.
