基于常微分系统的甘蔗收获机控制系统研究

摘要 为进一步提高轮式甘蔗收获机的收获效率,针对其作业对象特点与蔗地环境,应用常微分控制技术进行收获系统优化研究。基于其结构组成与作业流程,就实现关键组件的常微分控制要求建立相适应的数学模型,并完成实际算法应用布局与收获核心部件优化。进行常微分控制机理下的轮式甘蔗收获机收获效率试验效果测定,结果表明:轮式甘蔗收获机的系统控制准确度得到提升,堵塞率与含杂率降低,蔗段合格率可达92.85%,满足大于90.00%以上的相关设计规范,整机收获效率相对提高了9.30%,验证了该常微分控制应用于甘蔗收获机系统设计的适用性,可为类似收获装备效率提升研究提供借鉴。 In order to further improve the harvesting efficiency of the wheeled harvesting machine,according to the characteristics of its operation object and sugarcane field environment,the ordinary differential control technology was proposed to improve the harvesting system.Based on its structure composition and operation process,a mathematical model was established to meet the requirements of ordinary differential control of key components,and the layout of practical algorithm application and the optimization of harvesting core components were completed.Through the ordinary differential control mechanism under the wheel sugarcane harvesting machine efficiency test,the results showed that the system control accuracy of the wheeled sugarcane harvesting machine was improved,the blockage rate and the impurity content of the harvesting machine were reduced respectively,and the qualified rate of sugarcane section could reach 92.85%,which meet the relevant design specifications of more than 90.00%,and the whole machine harvest efficiency was relatively improved by 9.30%,the applicability of the ordinary differential control applied to the design of sugarcane machine system was verified,which would be conducive to the realization of efficient income increase of sugarcane crops in China,and also would have some good inspiration for the efficiency improvement of similar harvesting equipment.
