偏置式果园施肥机的研制与试验 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前果园施肥劳动强度大、作业效率低、不能联合作业等问题,研制出一种以履带拖拉机为动力源、适用于联合作业的偏置式果园施肥机。履带拖拉机的动力输出轴与传动箱连接,动力经传动箱、链传动依次传递给开沟装置、搅拌装置和回填装置,履带拖拉机行走轮通过链传动带动有机肥排肥器和化肥排肥器排肥,从而完成开沟施肥、搅拌回填的联合作业。田间试验结果表明:机具性能稳定、作业良好,施肥宽度均值为30.9cm,施肥宽度稳定性系数为97.6%,施肥深度均值为48.7cm,施肥深度稳定性系数为98.0%,满足果园施肥深度与宽度的要求。 At present,the fertilization in orchards in China is intensive,inefficient and unable to work jointly.The offset fertilization machine for orchard was developed and took the crawler tractors as power.The power of crawler tractor is transmitted to the transmission box through the rear power output shaft,and then to the ditching device,mixing device and backfilling device through chain drive.The walking wheel of crawler tractor drives the organic fertilizer apparatus and chemical fertilizer apparatus by chain drive to realize precise fertilization.The combined operation of ditching,mixing and backfilling is completed.The field experiments of the prototype show that the machine runs steadily and reliably and the work effect is good.The average value of fertilization width was 30.9 cm,the stability coefficient of fertilization width was 97.6%,the average value of fertilization depth was 48.7 cm,and the stability coefficient of fertilization depth was 98.0%。
