摘要
为解决目前水田株间除草部件设计周期长、试验效果差等问题,以及更好地揭示黑龙江省水田除草机株间除草爪与土壤间的关系特性,采用集成建模思想研究株间除草对爪切削土壤问题。首先,采用Creo 5.0软件对除草爪与土壤进行三维建模;然后,将建好的三维模型导入Hyper Mesh2017软件进行模型修复与网格划分,利用LS-PrePost进行关键字定义;最后,利用LS-DYNA软件对除草爪切削土壤过程进行有限元仿真分析。采用有交互作用的正交试验方法选取除草爪入土深度、旋转角速度和机器前进速度3个因素,进行3因素3水平仿真试验分析,得到各因素及各因素间一级交互作用对试验评价指标土壤所受平均有效应力的影响规律。仿真结果表明:各因素对土壤平均有效应力影响主次顺序为:除草爪转速、机器前进速度、机器前进速度×除草爪转速、入土深度×机器前进速度、入土深度、入土深度×除草爪转速。仿真回归模型呈正态分布,表明该模型可靠,可以用作预测试验模型,可为水田株间除草爪在不同田间作业参数提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of long design cycle of weeding components among paddy fields and poor test results,and to better reveal the relationship between the weeding claws and soil of paddy field weeders in Heilongjiang Province,this article adopts integrated modeling ideas.First,adopt Creo 5.0 software performs three-dimensional modeling of the weeding claws and soil,and then imports the built three-dimensional model into Hyper Mesh2017 software for model repair and meshing,uses LS-PrePost to define keywords,and finally uses LS-DYNA software to The finite element simulation analysis of the soil cutting process by the weeding claw.The interactive orthogonal test method is used to select the three factors of weeding claw penetration depth,rotation angular velocity and machine forward speed,and conduct three-factor three-level simulation test analysis to obtain the influence of each factor and the first-level interaction between each factor on the test evaluation index soil The law of the influence of the average effective stress.The simulation results show that the primary and secondary order of the influence of various factors on the average effective stress of the soil is:weeding claw speed,machine forward speed,machine forward speed×weeding claw speed,soil penetration depth×machine forward speed,soil penetration depth,soil penetration depth×weeding claw speed.The simulation regression model is normally distributed,which shows that the model is reliable and can be used as a predictive test model.The simulation analysis results provide a reference for the operation parameters of the weeding claws between plants in the paddy field.
