摘要
结合唐钢公司热轧部生产X80管线钢实际状况,对转炉双联炼钢过程中的脱磷进行了试验研究,分析了转炉渣碱度和渣中氧化因素对除磷的影响。结果表明:在铁水磷含量低于0.118%条件下,脱磷炉和脱碳炉终点渣碱度分别控制在1.6~2.0和3.3~4.1,T.Fe含量分别控制在10%~15%和20%~35%,脱磷炉脱磷率平均38.35%,最高达50.85%,脱碳转炉脱磷率平均为94.88%,最高达95.69%,转炉钢水终点磷含量能够控制在0.007%以下,最低可达到0.005%。脱磷实验结果满足X80管线钢生产工艺要求。
Combined with the actual situation of X80 pipeline steel production in hot rolling department of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the experimental study on dephosphorization in duplex steelmaking process of the converter was carried out, and the influence of basicity of converter slag and oxidizing factors in slag on phosphorus removal was analyzed. The results show that: When the phosphorus content in hot metal is lower than 0.118%, the basicity of final slag in dephosphorization furnace and decarbonization furnace is controlled respectively at 1.6~2.0 and 3.3~4.1, the T.Fe content is controlled respectively at 10%~15% and 20%~35%, the average dephosphorization rate of dephosphorization furnace is38.35%, the maximum dephosphorization rate is up to 50.85%, the average dephosphorization rate of decarbonization furnace is 94.88%, the maximum dephosphorization rate is up to 95.69%, the terminal phosphorus content of converter molten steel can be controlled below 0.007%, and the minimum can reach 0.005%. The dephosphorization test results meet the production process requirements of X80 pipeline steel.
