摘要
选取深圳为分析对象,基于过剩通勤理论,通过利用位置信息服务大数据,识别城市更新方式以及更新政策实施的区位因素对居民通勤成本和通勤效率的差异化影响。结果表明:中心城区内的城市更新对居民通勤距离、通勤效率的总体影响相对较小,但是中心城区的城中村改造产生了较高的过剩通勤和通勤容量消耗;外围城区的城市更新对居民通勤行为的影响较大,城中村和旧工厂在实施居住类城市更新后居民的长距离通勤规模显著增加,对城市整体的通勤系统造成较大负面影响。研究结论可为精准制定大城市更新实施战略提供量化依据。
Based on the theory of excess commuting and using location-based service(LBS)big data,this paper identified the differential impact of urban renewal methods and location factors of the implementation of renewal policies on residents’commuting costs and commuting efficiency taking Shenzhen City as the research object.The results show that the urban renewal in the central urban area has a relatively small impact on the commuting distance and commuting efficiency,but the urban renewal of urban villages in the central urban area produces high excess commuting and commuting capacity consumption.Urban renewal in the urban fringe area has a significant impact on the commuting behavior of residents.After the urban renewal in urban villages and old factories,the long-distance commuting of residents increases significantly,which has a great negative impact on the overall commuting system of the city.The research conclusions provided a quantitative basis for the precise formulation of the implementation strategy for urban regeneration of large cities.
