摘要
基于2010年、2015年和2019年的成都市POI数据,采用核密度分析、最近邻指数、Ripley’s K函数和负二项回归等方法分析酒店时空格局演化及其影响因素。结果表明:(1)成都市整体酒店时空格局由中心城区集聚逐渐演变为“集聚+扩散”,不同类型酒店表现出差异化演变特征;(2)各类型酒店的集聚程度在不断增强,其中普通型酒店的集聚程度在各时期均为最大;(3)普通型酒店的聚集范围集中在3~38 km,经济型酒店集中在2~30 km,星级酒店集中在3~35 km;(4)购物场所、公共交通站点、道路网、旅游景点和集聚因素对所有酒店分布有正向影响。高人口密度地区适宜布局经济型酒店和星级酒店,A级景区周边更宜投资星级酒店。
Based on the POI data of Chengdu in 2010,2015,and 2019,this paper used kernel density estimation,nearest neighbor index and Ripley’s K function to reveal the spatio-temporal distribution pattern of three types of hotels in Chengdu.Then negative binomial regression model was used to explore the key factors that affect the spatial distribution pattern of hotels.The results indicate that:(1)In the early period,all types of hotels present a significant degree of central agglomeration,then the hotel density in the agglomeration area keeps increasing and the agglomeration range keeps expanding to all sides.It is worth noting that the spatial distribution pattern of different types of hotels is distinctive.(2)The agglomeration trend of hotels is increasing and the agglomeration degree of ordinary hotels is the largest in every period.(3)The agglomeration range of ordinary hotels mainly concentrates in 3~38 km,that of budget hotels is 2~30 km and that of star-rated hotels is 3~35 km.(4)Shopping facilities,traffic stations,road network,scenic spots and agglomeration factors are beneficial factors that all hotels should consider when choosing an investment location.Ordinary hotels and budget hotels should give priority to areas with more restaurants,educational and cultural facilities,enterprises and major traffic facilities.Areas with higher population density are suitable for budget hotels and star-rated hotels.It is also found that the surrounding areas of A-level scenic spots are excellent areas for star-rated hotels.
