动态脑电图在脑梗死继发癫痫患者诊断中的应用价值及准确性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析动态脑电图在脑梗死继发癫痫患者诊断中的应用价值及准确性。方法:以2019年2月~2020年2月本院诊治的脑梗死继发癫痫患者50例作为此次研究对象(观察组),以同期进行检查的50例脑梗死无癫痫患者作为参照对象(对照组),两组人员均实施动态脑电图监测,比较两组人员的检查结果。结果:研究结果显示,观察组与对照组的动态脑电图监测异常率、动态脑电图检查结果与梗死部位比较,在观察组中,存有异常患者44例(88.00%),其中,39例(78.00%)为痫样放电,5例(10.00%)为非特异性异常放电;在对照组中,存有异常患者5例(10.00%),其中,2例(4.00%)为痫样放电,3例(6.00%)为非特异性异常放电,组间数据对比差异显著,P<0.05。观察组脑叶皮质区与深部白质区的有癫痫样波、无癫痫样波发生率分别为64.00%(32例)、2.00%(1例)、34.00%(17例)、10.00%(5例);对照组脑叶皮质区与深部白质区的有癫痫样波、无癫痫样波发生率分别为4.00%(2例)、32.00%(16例)、0(0例)、84.00%(42例)。由此可见,脑梗死发生部位不同,激发癫痫的发生率也存有一定的差异,P<0.05,两组数据之间存在显著差异。结论:在脑梗死继发癫痫患者诊断当中,动态脑电图发挥着显著的作用和意义,在应用期间能够借助动态脑电图监测有效做好患者癫痫发作的预测,掌握患者病情变化,应用价值显著,可借鉴。 Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value and accuracy of dynamic electroencephalogram in patients with epilepsy secondary to cerebral infarction.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,50 patients with epilepsy secondary to cerebral infarction in our hospital were taken as the subjects of this study.The two groups were monitored by dynamic EEG to compare the results of the two groups.Results:The study results showed that the abnormal rate of AEEG monitoring,AEEG examination results and infarct site in the observation group and the control group were compared.In the observation group,there were 44 patients(88.00%)with abnormal discharge,of which 39 patients(78.00%)had epileptiform discharge,and 5 patients(10.00%)had nonspecific abnormal discharge;In the control group,there were 5 patients with abnormal discharge(10.00%),of which 2 patients(4.00%)had epileptiform discharge and 3 patients(6.00%)had nonspecific abnormal discharge.There was significant difference in data between groups(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of epileptic waves and no epileptic waves in the cortex and deep white matter areas of the cerebral lobe were 64.00%(32 cases),2.00%(1 case),34.00%(17 cases)and 10.00%(5 cases)respectively;The incidence of epileptic waves and no epileptic waves in the cortex and deep white matter of the control group were 4.00%(2 cases),32.00%(16 cases),0(0 cases)and 84.00%(42 cases)respectively.It can be seen from this that the incidence rate of induced epilepsy has a certain difference due to the different location of cerebral infarction(P<0.05),and there is a significant difference between the two groups of data.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of epilepsy patients with cerebral infarction secondary to epilepsy,ambulatory EEG plays a significant role and significance.During the application period,it can effectively predict epileptic seizures with the help of ambulatory EEG monitoring,and master the changes of patients’condition.The application value is remarkable,may draw lessons from.
