电塑性辅助加工难加工材料研究现状分析

摘要 电塑性效应对于难加工材料的加工有着积极的理论意义,近年来被广泛地应用于材料加工领域,并取得了显著的成果,如拉拔、轧制、车削、焊接、弯曲等加工工艺。本文针对电塑性效应在5种常见材料加工工艺中的研究进展进行了归纳总结,以期为国内相关研究者提供参考。 Electroplastic effect refers to the phenomenon that the plasticity of materials increases and the deforma‐tion resistance decreases under the action of electricity.It has positive theoretical significance for the processing of dif‐ficult-to-process materials.In recent years,the electroplastic effect has been widely used in the field of material pro‐cessing and achieved remarkable results in processing technologies,such as drawing,rolling,turning,welding and bend‐ing.Based on this,the paper summarizes the research progress of electroplastic effect in these five common material processing technologies,so as to provide reference for relevant researchers in China.
