摘要 超细纤维劳保鞋革是在具有三维网状结构的高仿真超纤革的基础上,增加了防水透湿功能的防护产品。随着技术的进步超细纤维合成革的物理性能、耐久性能已超越真皮,使超纤革成为替代真皮的首选材料。超细纤维劳保鞋革更在卫生性能、防护性能、易清洁等方面进行了优化,极大地提升产品的整体性能,有利于进一步开拓超纤革市场。本文介绍了防污夜光超纤劳保鞋革的生产方法和关键技术,分析了防污效果、夜光效果与防水透湿性能的变化关系以及增加功能性对断裂强度、撕裂强度等物理性能的影响,确定了夜光粉的添加量为总量的20%,贴面涂覆间隙为0.15 mm,表处工艺为表处辊目数150目,该工艺既能确保防水透湿的效果达到劳保鞋革的标准,又能适合产品的功能性要求,为超纤革贴面产品的多样化和功能化生产提供了思路,对增加超纤革的市场占有率有一定的指导意义。 Microfiber labor protection shoe leather is a protective product with waterproof and moisture permeable function on the basis of high-simulation microfiber leather with three-dimensional mesh structure. With the development of technology, the physical properties and durability of microfiber synthetic leather have surpassed that of leather, making microfiber leather the first choice to replace leather. Microfiber labor insurance shoe leather has been optimized in sanitary performance, protective performance, easy cleaning, etc., which greatly improves the overall performance of the product,conducive to further developing the microfiber leather market. This paper introduced the production methods and key technologies of anti-fouling luminous microfiber labor protection shoe leather,analyzed the relationship between anti-fouling effect, luminous effect and waterproof and moisture permeable performance, as well as the influence of physical properties such as fracture and tearing,and determined that the amount of luminous powder added is 20% of the total amount. Veneer fabric gap is 0.15 mm, the surface process is 150 mesh, not only to ensure that the waterproof and moisturepermeable effect to meet the standard of labor protection shoe leather, but also to meet the functional requirements of the product, for the diversification of microfiber leather veneer products and functional production provides more ideas, to increase the market share of microfiber leather has certain guiding significance.
