摘要
为适应卸船机的繁忙作业需求,提出一种桥式抓斗卸船机悬臂竖起状态下钢丝绳维护方案。该方案通过对卸船机托架小车锚定、主小车锚定和钢丝绳抗磨块等结构进行改造,可实现在码头离靠船间隙时间内卸船机悬臂竖起状态下对钢丝绳进行维护。
In order to adapt to the busy operation requirements of ship unloader,a steel wirerope maintenance scheme of bridge grab ship unloader with cantilever raised is proposed.In this scheme,the maintenance of the steel wirerope can be realized under the cantilever raised state of the ship unloader during the clearance time from the wharf to the ship by reforming the structure of the ship unloader bracket trolley anchoring,the main trolley anchoring and the steel wirerope antigrinding block.
