摘要
本文以实证分析的方式,对济宁市水利发展中心所属的新万福河分中心基层管理所管理现状、存在问题等进行阐述,并根据水利管理现代化发展趋势,对基层管理所如何进一步做好管理工作进行探讨,以供借鉴。
In the way of empirical analysis,this paper makes analysis on the current situation of grassroots management,esp.the existing problems,on the basis of the Xin Wanfuhe Branch,which is affiliated to the Water Resources Affairs Development Center of Jining Municipality.Furthermore,it discusses how to do the management work in the future as a reference,according to the development trend of water resources management modernization.
