摘要
目的分析S医院现有超声设备经济收入相关因素和探头使用情况,为设备使用管理和配置规划提供参考。方法以S医院11台超声科门诊的超声检查设备作为研究对象,采用设备运行采集系统获取超声设备探头的工作时长数据,根据PACS系统数据统计超声设备的检查量和检查收入,运用Pearson双变量相关性分析设备月均收入和月检查量、探头总工作时长、购置原值、探头配置数量的相关性;计算单台设备不同类型探头使用占比,分析5台同品牌超声设备探头型号配置和使用情况的关系。结果超声设备月收入与月检查量强相关(r=0.848,P=0.001),与月工作时长显著相关(r=0.663,P=0.026)。探头使用不均衡现象比较突出,存在使用需求与探头配置不匹配的现象。结论评估有助于明确超声设备经济收入的影响因素和使用中存在的问题,为进一步优化应用和新设备的购置论证决策提供了数据支撑。
Objective To analyze the impact factors of economic benefit of ultrasound equipment and probe utilization in S hospital to provide guidance for utilization management and configuration.Methods Taking the ultrasonic inspection equipment of 11 ultrasonic departments in S hospital as the research object,the working time data of the probe of the ultrasonic equipment were obtained by using the equipment operation acquisition system.Workload and income records were obtained from picture archiving and communication system,and Pearson coefficient was applied to analyze the correlation between monthly income and workload,working hours,procurement cost and amount of probes,respectively.Utilization proportion of different types of probes were calculated and the relationship between probe utilization and configuration of 5 X brand ultrasound machines were evaluated.Results The monthly income of ultrasonic equipment was strongly correlated with the monthly workloads(r=0.848,P=0.001),and significantly correlated with working hours(r=0.663,P=0.026).The unbalanced utilization of probes was prominent,and mismatch was found between utilization demand and probe configuration.Conclusion Utilization evaluating can help to clarify factors influencing the economic benefit of ultrasound equipment and the problems in utilization,which can provide data support for further application optimizing and purchasing decision making.
