摘要
该文运用文献资料、专家访谈、比赛录像分析、数理统计等方法,对第22届CUBA中国大学生篮球联赛女子组比赛各球队的竞技能力进行对比分析。研究结果显示,浙江工商大学女篮在CUBA阳光组参赛队伍中更注重全攻全守的实战理念和快速防守的反击打法,高强度的防守和篮板球的争夺是比赛取胜的关键,其进攻能力高于对手。建议:首先,比赛中提高场上队员防守的专注力和防守的强度,形成全队快速而有层次的防守体系;其次,在实战中注意扬长避短,根据对手内外线队员特点有针对性地选择防守和进攻策略。
By using the methods of literature, expert interview, video analysis and mathematical statistics, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the competitive ability of each team in the women’s group of the 22nd CUBA. The research results show that the women’s basketball team of Zhejiang Gongshang University in CUBA Sunshine Group pays more attention to the practical concept of full attack and full defense and fast defense and counterattack. High intensity defense and rebounding competition are the key to win the game, and their offensive ability is higher than that of their opponents. Countermeasures: First of all, in the game, improve the players’ concentration and intensity of defense, and form a fast and layered defense system of the whole team;Secondly, in actual combat, we should pay attention to developing our strengths and avoiding weaknesses, and select defensive and offensive strategies according to the characteristics of the opponents’ internal and external players.
