摘要
目的探讨自拟方补肾健脾通络方对宫颈癌术后下肢淋巴水肿的临床疗效。方法将自拟补肾健脾通络方用于35例入组的宫颈癌术后下肢淋巴水肿患者,观察患者治疗前后临床症状的改变以及人体成分指标的变化。结果治疗后临床疗效显效12例,有效22例,总有效率为97.1%(34/35)。治疗后中医疼痛、肿胀、麻木、活动不利症状缓解与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后患者身体总水分和下肢节段水分明显减少,优于治疗前(P<0.01)。结论补肾健脾通络方对宫颈癌术后下肢淋巴水肿有较好的临床疗效,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen for dredging channels prescription in the treatment of lower limb lymphedema after cervical cancer operation.Methods The self-made tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen for dredging channels prescription was used in 35 patients with lower extremity lymphedema after cervical cancer surgery.The clinical symptoms and changes in body composition were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,12cases were significantly effective and 22 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 97.1%(34/35).There were statistically significant differences in the relief of pain,swelling,numbness and adverse activity symptoms after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,total body moisture and lower limb moisture decreased significantly,which was better than before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen for dredging channels prescription in the treatment of lower limb lymphedema after cervical cancer operation has good clinical effect,and is worthy of clinical application.
