摘要
目的探讨针刺运动疗法联合灸法对治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究。方法选取万载县中医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用针刺运动疗法治疗,观察组采用针刺运动疗法联合灸法进行治疗,对比2组患者临床疗效,通过治疗前后对比,采用日本骨科学会下腰痛评分法(M-JOA)以及视觉模拟定级(VAS)评定法进行评分对比。结果观察组患者总有效率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),通过治疗后,比较2组患者VAS以及M-JOA评分,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行针刺运动疗法联合灸法进行治疗,提高了患者的康复,降低了患者的疼痛,在临床中值得进一步推广并应用。
Objective To explore the clinical study of acupuncture exercise therapy combined with moxibustion on the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in Wanzai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated by acupuncture exercise therapy,and the observation group used the exercise therapy in combination with acupuncture moxibustion treatment.The clinical efficacy evaluation of the 2groups was compared.The scores were compared by the Japanese Orthopaedic Society low back pain score(M-JOA)and visual analog scale(VAS)before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the results were significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS and M-JOA scores were performed in the two groups,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Through acupuncture and moxibustion therapy combined with moxibustion therapy for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,the rehabilitation of patients is improved and the pain of patients is reduced,which is worth further popularization and application in clinical practice.
