摘要
王焕禄教授是全国第四、第五批老中医药专家学术经验指导老师,行医60余载,对内科、妇科、儿科疾病辨证精准,用药精当,疗效卓著。其辨治月经病着重月经的期、量、色、质的异常及伴随月经周期出现的症状,同时结合全身情况进行综合分析,注重详问病史,结合相关检查,重虚实辨证并分年龄段辨治。此文总结王焕禄教授关于月经过多和月经量少的辨治经验。并附医案2则。
Professor Wang Huanlu is the academic experience instructor of the fourth and fifth batch of traditional Chinese medicine experts.He has been practicing medicine for more than 60 years.He is accurate in syndrome differentiation of internal medicine,gynecology and pediatric diseases,and has excellent curative effect.The differentiation and treatment of menstrual diseases focus on the abnormal menstrual period,quantity,color and quality and the symptoms accompanying the menstrual cycle.At the same time,a comprehensive analysis is carried out in combination with the general situation,paying attention to detailed medical history,combined with relevant examination,emphasizing deficiency and excess,syndrome differentiation and treating by age.This article summarizes Professor Wang Huanlu’s experience in the differentiation and treatment of menorrhagia and oligomenorrhea.Two medical cases are attached.
