摘要
刮板输送机是煤矿运输的主要设备,中部槽是刮板输送机重要组成部分,其主要由中板、底板和铸件槽帮钢焊接而成。SGZ800中双链刮板输送机中部槽中板采用JFE-EH-C450日本进口板材,板材厚度45 mm,第一批次焊接焊缝质量采用超声波探伤质量合格率仅为40%左右,焊缝中存在气孔、夹渣、裂缝、未焊透等缺陷。通过对板材材质、下料、机器人打坡口、加工、拼装、机器人焊接等工艺改进和试验论证,顺利通过超声波探伤,保证了中部槽焊接质量。
Scraper conveyor is the main equipment for coal mine transportation,and the middle trough is an important part of the scraper conveyor,which is welded with middle plate,bottom plate and cast trough side steel.The middle trough middle plate of SGZ800 double-chain scraper conveyor uses JFEEH-C450 Japanese imported plate with a thickness of 45 mm.The qualified rate of the first batch of welding seam quality by ultrasonic testing is only about 40%.There are defects such as air holes,slag inclusion,cracks and lack of penetration in the welding seam.Through process improvement and test demonstration such as plate material,blanking,robotic grooving,processing,assembly,robotic welding,etc.,passed ultrasonic testing smoothly and guaranteed welding quality of middle trough.
