摘要
详细阐述了笔者单位OA协同系统平台的设计与实现,包括需求分析、设计目标、选择的技术以及具体的实现过程。OA协同系统主要应用J2EE技术与工作流技术,构建由J2EE表示层、业务逻辑层和数据层组成的三层架构系统,该系统具有运行稳定、数据处理高效快捷、功能模块建立简便、安全可靠、占用内存空间小等优点。目前,该系统已实现中心办公自动化系统、检测工作质量管理系统、培训平台系统的集成应用,能够实现事务处理流程化,提高公司的办公效率和管理能力。
The design and implementation of the OA collaborative system platform of the author's unit are described in detail,including demand analysis,design objectives,selected technology and specific implementation process.OA collaborative system mainly applies J2EE technology and workflow technology to build a three-tier architecture system composed of J2EE presentation layer,business logic layer and data layer.The system has the advantages of stable operation,efficient and fast data processing,simple function module establishment,safety and reliability,small memory space and so on.At present,the system has realized the integrated application of central office automation system,testing work quality management system and training platform system.The system runs stably and can realize the process of transaction processing,which greatly improves the office efficiency and management ability of the company.
