摘要 档案馆保存的纯蓝墨水手写档案耐光、耐水性差,极易褪色,导致字迹难以辨识。借助图像增强技术,褪色后的手写档案可以得到一定程度的修复。但是由于现存的档案馆馆藏档案只有褪色后的档案,缺乏档案的原始清晰版本,导致档案修复的效果难以衡量。提供了首个中文纯蓝墨水手写文档的数据集,通过模拟文档浸水的过程,数据集提供了褪色前的文档图片和褪色后的文档图片,使得档案修复的效果可以衡量。提供了一种基于图像增强技术的彩色文档修复方法,并给出了一种衡量中文文档增强效果的评价方法和实验结果。实验结果表明,经过这种图像增强技术的处理,阅读的字正确率有所提高,完成阅读的用时大幅减少。 The pure blue ink handwritten documents preserved in the archives have poor light resistance and water resistance, making it easily faded and difficult to read. With the help of image enhancement technology, faded handwritten documents can be restored to a certain extent. However, since the existing handwritten documents in the archives only have faded versions, and lacking of the original clear version, making it difficult to measure the effect of documentsrestoration.This paper first provides the dataset of Chinese blue ink handwritten documents. By simulating the process of document fading by water, this data set provides document pictures before and after fading, making it possible to measure the performance of documentsrestoration. After that, this paper provides an evaluation method to measure the performance of Chinese handwritten documentsrestoration. In the end, this paper proposes a colorful documents restoration approach based on image enhancement technology, then gives the experimental results. The experimental results show that, through the processing of this image enhancement approach, the recognition of faded documents has been significantly improved.
