摘要
黄瓜果实空腔影响黄瓜品质,也降低黄瓜经济价值。试验以典型空腔材料JZ6-1-2为试材,确定黄瓜果实空腔性鉴定时期及其分级标准,鉴定筛选162份不同生态类型黄瓜种质资源果实空腔性。结果表明,黄瓜果实空腔以雌花开花后9 d为鉴定时期,以果实中间部位为鉴定部位,依照空腔程度分为0、1、2、3、4五个等级。在相同培育条件下,162份黄瓜品种中有空腔52份(占32.10%),无空腔110份(67.90%)。黄瓜种质资源果实易空腔性依次为:华南型>华北型>欧洲温室型。内源激素IAA、GA3、ABA对黄瓜果实空腔有影响。
The cucumber fruit quality are affected by hollow heart,and also reduces the economic value of cucumber.This experiment was based on the typical hollow material JZ6-1-2 as the test material,which determined the identification period of hollow trait and its hierarchical standards,and identified 162 different ecological cucumber species of cucumber fruit.The results showed that the identification period of hollow heart in cucumber fruit was nine days after the female flowers bloom,and the intermediate part of the fruit was used as the identification site,and the level of the hollow heart was divided into five levels:0,1,2,3,and 4 levels.Under the same cultivation conditions,52 were hollow material among the 162 species of cucumber germplasm resources(32.10%),others are not(67.90%).The order of cucumber germplasm resources is easy to hollow heart,the order was as the followings,South China type>North China type>European greenhouse type.And the endogenous hormones IAA,GA3 and ABA had effects on cucumber's hollow heart.
