摘要
《劳特里奇会议口译手册》(2022)一书立足后疫情时代背景,覆盖了口译研究和实践的诸多领域。本文简述该书的出版背景,梳理该书各章节的主要研究内容,总结该书在会议口译研究思路、理论和方法方面的启示。总而观之,该书内容贴近时代背景,有较强的现实性;涵盖领域广泛,体现学科包容性;更新理论范式,彰显研究前瞻性;立足口译行业,突显实用性。该书为口译专业师生、从业者和研究者了解学术前沿、深入探究口译全貌提供了新思路。
The Routledge Handbook of Conference Interpreting(2022)is published against the backdrop of the post-pandemic era,and it covers a variety of areas of interpreting research and practice.This review articulates the background of its publication,and summaries its main ideas chapter by chapter.It also highlights its implications to the concepts,theories and methodologies in interpreting studies.In general,it is based on the background of this era,and can shed light on practice and research;it has a wide and inclusive coverage of topics in this discipline;it adopts new research methods in various chapters to update the current paradigm and showcase latest trends in the field of study;also it is well-grounded on interpreting practice,and can enlighten practitioners.It provides teachers,students,researchers and practitioners with a channel to grasp the frontiers of interpreting studies and new orientations for future research.
