采用裸孔切割技术提高地浸注液井注液能力--以某矿床23#采区为例

Improve Injection Capacity of Injection Well for In-situ Leaching by Bare Hole Cutting Technology——A Case Study of No.23 Mining Area of a Deposit

摘要 新疆某铀矿床23#采区的地浸工艺钻井在投入生产3个月后,出现注液压力升高、注液量大幅下降的情况。针对该问题,采用裸孔切割技术提高注液井的注液能力。结果表明,在注液压力基本不变的情况下,单井平均注液量增加至6 m^(3)/h,整个采区平均瞬时注液量提升了37.8%,平均瞬时抽液量提升了52.7%,稳定运行时长突破6个月。 Three months after the in-situ leaching drill well in No.23 mining area of a uranium deposit in Xinjiang was put into production,the liquid injection pressure increased and the liquid injection volume decreased significantly.To solve the problem,the bare hole cutting technique was used to improve the liquid injection capacity of the liquid injection well.The results show that the injection pressure is basically unchanged,the average liquid injection volume in a single well increases to 6 m^(3)/h,the average instantaneous liquid injection volume in the whole mining area increases by 37.8%,the average instantaneous liquid extraction volume increases by 52.7%,and the stable operation time exceeds 6 months.
