摘要
随着现代智能战争的不断演变,作战更加依托于先进的武器装备,其维修器材供应代表了武器装备的“运输线”能力,对保持武器装备战斗力有着极大地影响作用。文章基于集对分析(SPA)方法,结合组合赋权,从4个一级指标角度对装备保障部门制定的3种武器装备维修器材供应方案进行评估,优选出最适合当前作战条件下的供应方案,为指挥员决策提供科学、合理的参考依据。
With the continuous evolution of the modern intelligent war,the combat relies on advanced weapons and equipment,the supply of maintenance equipment represents the“transport line”capacity of weapons and equipment,which has a great effect on maintaining weapons and equipment combat effectiveness.Based on the SPA method and combining the combination of power,from the perspective of 4 first-level indicators,three weapons and equipment maintenance equipment supply plans formulated by the equipment guarantee department are preferably the most suitable for supply under the current combat conditions.The plan provides a scientific and reasonable reference basis for commanders'decisions.
