摘要
高校碳减排涉及多元利益主体的共同参与,实现低碳校园的关键在于妥善处理各利益主体间的关系。通过对政府部门、碳减排高校及社会公众的利益诉求进行分析,构建政府部门、社会公众与碳减排高校之间的两两博弈模型,分析各自的博弈策略,据此对高校实施碳减排提供策略建议,以促进高校碳减排目标的实现。
Carbon emission reduction in colleges and universities involves the joint participation of multiple stakeholders.The key to achieving a low carbon campus is to properly handle the relationship between various stakeholders.Through the analysis of the interests of government departments,carbon emission reduction universities and the public,to construct a pairwise game model among government departments,the public and carbon reduction universities,and analyze their respective game strategies,and provide strategic suggestions for universities to implement carbon emission reduction,so as to promote the realization of carbon emission reduction goals of colleges and universities.
