摘要
目的研究唐山市居民养老意愿。方法通过对河北省唐山市三个重要行政区进行问卷调查与实地调研,了解该城市居民的养老意愿,并调查不同人群的养老需求。结果唐山市接受调查的居民中,有69.0%的意愿是享受家庭养老模式,选择机构养老模式的居民占17.7%,选择社区养老模式的居民比例较小,仅占13.3%,养老需求主要为医疗康复、生活照料、精神及心理慰藉的需求。结论唐山市居民仍以家庭养老为主,养老需求不断增多,社区养老模式功能不够完善,呼唤新型养老模式的出现。
Objective To study the elderly care willingness of Tangshan residents.Methods hrough questionnaire survey and field investigation in three important administrative districts of Tangshan City,Hebei Province,the residents willingness to provide for the aged and the needs of different groups were investigated.Results Among the residents surveyed in Tangshan,69.0%were willing to enjoy the family pension mode,17.7%chose the institutional pension mode,and only 13.3%chose the community pension mode.The pension needs were mainly medical rehabilitation,life care,spiritual and psychological comfort.Conclusion The residents of Tangshan still mainly rely on family pension,and the demand for pension is increasing.The function of community pension model is not perfect,calling for the emergence of new pension model.
