摘要
大数据反腐已成为信息时代政府治理的重要趋势。大数据反腐具有提供精准信息、提升政府运作透明度、探寻反腐治本规律、激发公民有效参与等巨大优势,但也面临着容易侵犯国家安全与个人隐私、数据孤岛、人才缺乏等问题与挑战。大数据为反腐查证、预防腐败和廉政建设提供了新的思路,应强化信息公开与共享,提高关键节点控制能力,加强数据安全防范,培养反腐大数据技术人才,将大数据反腐的潜力充分挖掘出来,推进廉政治理能力现代化。
Big data anti-corruption has become an important trend of government governance in the information age.Big data anti-corruption has great advantages in providing accurate information,improving the transparency of government operations,exploring the fundamental law of anti-corruption,and stimulating citizens'effective participation.However,it also faces problems and challenges such as easy invasion of national security and personal privacy,isolated data islands,and lack of talents.Big data provides new ideas for anti-corruption investigation,prevention of corruption,and construction of clean government.We should strengthen information disclosure and sharing,improve the control ability of key nodes,strengthen data security prevention,cultivate anti-corruption big data technicians,fully tap the potential of big data anti-corruption to promote the modernization of anti-corruption governance ability.
