“新工科”背景下课程思政建设“四全覆盖”模式的探索 被引量:19

摘要 “新工科”建设背景下,培养德才兼备、以德为先的多元化、创新型卓越工程人才,是工科院校的根本任务。课程思政是落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措,然而当前工科院校尚存在专业知识讲授和思政育人部分脱节、课程思政“硬融入”与“表面化”等问题。因此,地方工科院校要以强化“新工科”专业教师的思政意识、深挖学科专业中的思政资源、有机融通专业教育与思政教育为着力点,厘清逻辑内涵,构建课程思政建设覆盖全部学科专业建设与人才培养计划、覆盖全部课程教材、覆盖全部课程课堂教学、覆盖全部专任教师的“四全覆盖”新模式。 In the context of the construction of“new engineering”,the fundamental task of engineering colleges is to cultivate diversified,innovative and outstanding engineering talents who have both ability and morality and take morality as the first.Curriculum ideological and political education is a strategic measure to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.However,there are still some problems in engineering colleges,such as the disconnection between the teaching of professional knowledge and ideological and political education,and the“hard integration”and“surface”of curriculum ideological and political education.Therefore,local engineering colleges and universities should focus on strengthening the ideological and political awareness of teachers of“new engineering”majors,digging deep into the ideological and political resources of disciplines and majors,and organically integrating professional education and ideological and political education,clarify the logical connotation,and build a new“four all coverage”model that covers all disciplines and professional construction and talent training programs,all curriculum textbooks,all curriculum classroom teaching,and all full-time teachers.
