摘要
农村集体经济的发展壮大是乡村振兴战略实施的重点和难点,创新发展模式是推动农村集体经济发展的重要途径。文章对湖南乡村经济长期定位观察点调查数据进行实证研究,从典型个案视角分析了湖南村级集体经济发展的实践模式。研究发现,实现湖南村级集体经济又快又好的发展需要从理顺村集体内部关系、精准培育集体经济发展的驱动力、建立适宜的集体经济运作载体和稳定的连接机制、激活巨大的农村土地资源潜能、构建共享共富的利益分配机制等方面协同推进。
The development and growth of the rural collective economy is the key points and difficulties in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Innovative development model is an important way to promote the development of rural collective economy.Using the survey data of Hunan rural economy long-term positioning observation,village-level collective economic development were analyzed from the perspective of the typical models.The results showed that it is necessary to synergistically promote related work for realizing village-level collective economic development fast and well in Hunan from straightening out the two major relationships,cultivating the driving force of collective economic development accurately,establishing a suitable collective economic operation carrier and a stable connection structure,activating the huge potential of rural land resources,building a sharing and co-prosperity benefit distribution mechanism and so on.
