摘要
目的:观察早期康复护理在脑积水手术患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年7月至2021年7月该院收治的82例脑积水患儿进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各41例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施早期康复护理,比较两组护理前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、住院期间并发症发生率和家长护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组NIHSS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.44%(1/41),低于对照组的19.51%(8/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家长护士工作能力、护士形象、服务态度、健康教育、病区管理和总分等护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上实施早期康复护理可降低脑积水患儿NIHSS评分和并发症发生率,提高患儿家长满意度,效果优于单纯常规护理。
Objective:To observe application effects of early rehabilitation nursing in children with hydrocephalus surgery.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 82 children with hydrocephalus admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to July 2021.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,41 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores before and after the nursing,the incidence of complications during the hospitalization,and the parental nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,that of observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of observation group was 2.44%(1/41),which was lower than 19.51%(8/41)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the scores of parental nursing satisfaction such as work ability,nurse image,service attitude,health education,ward management and total score to the nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the early rehabilitation nursing can reduce the NIHSS score and the incidence of complications of the children with hydrocephalus,and improve the parental satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
