Research Progress in the Disappearance of“Swallow Tail Sign”in Substantia Nigra in the Diagnosis of Parkinson’s Disease

摘要 目的帕金森病(PD)是中枢神经系统变性病。目前临床上患者的运动症状是PD诊断的主要根据。寻找PD诊断的生物标志物一直是研究的热点。文中就中脑黑质部的磁敏感加权成像在PD诊断及鉴别诊断应用的研究进展作综述。 Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a degenerative disease in the central nervous system.The current diagnosis is still mainly based on the clinical motor symptoms.The biomarkers for the diagnosis of PD have always been a research hotspot.The progress of magnetic sensitive weighted imaging in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of PD were reviewed.
