摘要
目的探讨男性不育患者血清及精浆25-羟维生素D_(3)[25(OH)D_(3)]水平与精液质量的相关性。方法选取2019年1月至2020年9月于该院就诊的行体外受精-胚胎移植助孕的男性122例为研究对象。根据精液质量评估参数分为正常精子组(54例)和少弱精子组(68例),分析两组血清及精浆25(OH)D_(3)水平及其与精液质量间的相关性。结果与正常精子组比较,少弱精子症组的精子密度、精子活力、精子正常形态率、前向运动精子百分比、精浆25(OH)D_(3)水平均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同血清25(OH)D_(3)水平患者精液质量和精浆25(OH)D_(3)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清25(OH)D_(3)水平与精液质量不相关,而精浆25(OH)D_(3)水平与精子密度、精子活力及前向运动精子百分比呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论精浆25(OH)D_(3)水平与精子密度、精子活力和前向运动精子百分比有关,一定程度上影响了精子的质量。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum and seminal plasma 25-hydroxyvitamin D_(3)[25(OH)D_(3)]level and semen quality in male infertility patients.Methods From January 2019 to September 2020,122 male patients who underwent in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer were selected as subjects.According to semen quality assessment parameters,the patients were divided into normal sperm group(54 cases)and oligoasthenosperm group(68 cases).The serum and seminal plasma 25(OH)D_(3)level and their correlations with semen quality were analyzed.Results Compared with those in the normal sperm group,the sperm density,sperm motility,sperm normal form rate,percentage of forward motile sperm and seminal plasma 25(OH)D_(3)level in the oligasthenosperm group were decreased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in semen quality and seminal plasma 25(OH)D_(3)level in patients with different serum 25(OH)D_(3)(P>0.05).Serum 25(OH)D_(3)level didn′t correlate with semen quality,but spermatozoa 25(OH)D_(3)level correlated positively with sperm density,sperm motility and percentage of forward motile sperm(P<0.05).Conclusion Seminal plasma 25(OH)D_(3)level correlates with sperm density,sperm motility and percentage of forward motile sperm,and it affects sperm quality to a certain extent.
