摘要
牙齿缺失严重影响患者的口腔美观与健康。针对缺失牙齿修复问题,设计了一种缺失牙齿牙冠三维重建方法。首先获取患者口腔CT图像并进行预处理;然后基于镜像建模的方法获取缺失牙齿牙冠的点云模型,基于逆向工程的方法构建点云的特征曲线和特征曲面,获得缺失牙齿牙冠的表面模型并对其进行评价;最后进行实体建模,得到缺失牙齿牙冠的三维重建模型。结果表明,该方法能够重建出高精度的缺失牙齿牙冠,与传统的手工设计制造方法相比,既简化了重建过程,又提高了重建效率。
Tooth-missing seriously affects the oral cavity aesthetics and the health of the patients.Aiming at the problem of the restoration of the missed teeth,a three-dimensional reconstruction method of missed teeth crown is designed.Firstly,CT images of the patients′ oral cavity are obtained and preprocessed.Then,the point cloud model of the missed tooth crown is obtained based on the mirror modeling,the feature curves and the feature surfaces of the point cloud are constructed based on the reverse engineering,the surface model of the missed tooth crown is obtained and assessed.Finally,the three-dimensional reconstruction model of the missed tooth crown is obtained by solid modeling.The results show that this method can reconstruct the missed teeth crown with high accuracy,the reconstruction process is simplified and the reconstruction efficiency is improved compared with the traditional manual design and manufacturing method.
