摘要
师徒制教育模式具有极强的教育针对性。以珠宝首饰设计专业人才培养为载体,推动师徒制教育模式的教育发展改革,并面向珠宝首饰设计专业做好师徒制教育应用创新,保持师徒制在珠宝首饰设计专业人才培养方面的教育先进性、前瞻性,是未来阶段提升高校珠宝首饰设计专业人才教育培养质量的关键,同时,也是提升新时代高校珠宝首饰设计专业人才教育培养适应能力的重要举措。
The apprenticeship education model has strong educational pertinence. Taking the training of jewelry design professionals as the carrier, we should promote the educational development and reform of the mentoring education mode, and apply the innovation of mentoring education to jewelry design specialty. It is the key to enhance the education and training quality of jewelry design professionals in the future to maintain the advanced and forward-looking education of the mentoring system in the jewelry design professionals training. At the same time, it is also an important measure to improve the adaptability of jewelry design professionals in colleges and universities in the new era.
