摘要
目的:探讨地奈德乳膏联合绽小妍舒缓润肤霜治疗婴幼儿湿疹的疗效。方法:选取2021年1-12月凉山彝族自治州第二人民医院收治的婴幼儿湿疹患儿100例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用地奈德乳膏治疗,观察组采用地奈德乳膏联合绽小妍舒缓润肤霜治疗。比较两组临床效果、症状与体征评分、不良反应发生率及疾病复发率。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组症状评分、体征评分、症状及体征总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率、疾病复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:婴幼儿湿疹采用地奈德乳膏联合绽小妍舒缓润肤霜治疗可有效改善患者的临床体征,缓解皮损处瘙痒程度,缩小皮损面积,减少不良反应发生率以及复发率。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Desonide Cream combined with Juyou Baby Relieving Moisturizing Cream in the treatment of infantile eczema.Methods:A total of 100 infants and young children with eczema who were admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Desonide Cream,and the observation group was treated with Desonide Cream combined with Juyou Baby Relieving Moisturizing Cream.Clinical effects,symptom and sign scores,incidence of adverse reactions,and disease recurrence rates were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the symptom scores,sign scores,total score of symptoms and signs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of adverse reactions and disease recurrence rates in infants and young children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Desonide Cream combined with Juyou Baby Relieving Moisturizing Cream in the treatment of infantile eczema can effectively improve the clinical signs of patients,relieve the itching degree of skin lesions,reduce the area of skin lesions,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rates.
