摘要
结肠癌(Colon cancer,CCA)是比较典型的消化道恶性肿瘤,具有发展迅速、侵袭范围广、转移速度快及病死率高等特点,其中转移是导致结肠癌患者死亡的重要原因。NRF2是氧化应激的重要调控因子,也是肿瘤预后的重要指标,在多种肿瘤中高表达,且NRF2与结肠癌发生发展密切相关。该文综述NRF2在结肠癌发生、转移和耐药性方面的研究进展,为NRF2作为治疗靶点用于结肠癌的临床治疗提供理论依据。
Colon cancer is a common gastrointestinal cancer,it has characteristics of rapid development,wide invasion,rapid metastasis and high mortality.Metastasis is an important cause of death in patients with colon cancer.NRF2 is not only a main transcriptional factor for oxidative stress,but also a main marker of tumor prognosis.NRF2 is highly expressed in many kinds of cancers,and it is closely related to the development of colon cancer.This article reviews the research progress of NRF2 in the occurrence,metastasis and drug resistance of colon cancer,and provides a theoretical basis for the application of NRF2 as a target in the clinical treatment of colon cancer.
