铅锌废石尾矿的重金属固化/稳定化药剂研究 被引量:2

摘要 固化/稳定化方法目前被广泛应用于重金属污染的治理项目中,但由于水泥投加量高会造成增容比大且易产生裂隙等弊端。以水泥、水泥+磷基药剂A和水泥+有机螯合剂B分别作为固化/稳定化药剂研究其对铅锌废石尾矿的重金属固化/稳定化效果。结果表明,采用适宜投加量的水泥、水泥+磷基药剂A和水泥+有机螯合剂B均可使废石尾矿的重金属浸出浓度满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)要求。但综合考虑药剂的去除效率、增容比、修复成本等认为,最优的药剂投加方案为5%(质量分数,下同)~10%水泥+1%~2%磷基药剂A,该方案的固化/稳定化药剂成本为53~114元/t。 The solidification/stabilization method is widely used in the control of heavy metal pollution,but the high cement content will cause the defects such as high volume increase ratio and easy to produce cracks.The effect of cement,cement plus phosphate-based agent A and cement plus organic chelating agent B on the solidification/stabilization of lead-zinc waste stone and tailings was studied.The result showed that the heavy metal leaching concentration of waste stone and tailings could meet“Integrated wastewater discharge standard”(GB 8978-1996)when using appropriate amount cement,cement plus phosphate-based agent A or cement plus organic chelating agent B.However,considering the removal rate,volume increase ratio and remediation cost,the optimal agent adding scheme was 5%(mass fraction,the same below)-10%cement plus 1%-2%phosphate-based agent A,and the solidification/stabilization agent cost of this scheme was 53-114 yuan/t.
