摘要
基于医联体建设的基层医疗卫生事业发展的关键在于基层医疗人才资源的有效开发管理。医联体“广东省第二人民医院阳山医院集团”,创新人才资源多元开发管理机制模式,建立健全三甲医院与县级公立医院的人才资源的上下联动机制,推动了优质医疗资源梯次精准下沉,促进县级公立医院重点专科、技术、人才、管理能力等核心能力建设。文章以广东省第二人民医院阳山医院集团为研究对象,探索医疗人才资源开发运行实践模式,以期为医联体医疗人才资源的有效管理提供一定的借鉴意义。
The key to the development of primary medical and health care based on the construction of medical association lies in the effective development and management of primary medical talent resources.The medical consortium“Guangdong Second People’s Hospital Yangshan Hospital Group”,which innovates the model of diversified development and management mechanism of talent resources,establishes and improves the upward and downward linkage mechanism of talent resources between tertiary hospitals and county-level public hospitals,promotes the gradual and precise sinking of high-quality medical resources,and promotes the key specialties,technologies,talents and management capabilities of county-level public hospitals the core capacity building.
