摘要
大型公立医院托管中小型医院,并协助建设国家区域医疗中心是“统筹配置城乡之间和区域之间医疗资源,促进优质医疗资源下沉”的有益探索。以广东省某大型三甲公立医院A托管江西赣州市属三甲综合性医院Y为例,总结托管工作措施,从托管后Y医院业务量、新技术新业务开展数量、医疗资源使用效率、科研实力等方面,分析托管阶段性运行效果,并为后续加大托管模式下优质医疗资源下沉的效果提出相关建议。
Large public hospitals trusteeship of small and medium-sized hospitals,and assist in the construction of national regional medical centers is a beneficial exploration of“overall allocation of medical resources between urban and rural areas and between regions,and promote the sinking of high-quality medical resources”.Taking a large third-class public hospital in Guangdong Province,A trusteeship of Jiangxi Ganzhou City’s third-class general hospital Y as an example,summarizing the custody work measures,analyzing the phased operation effect of the trusteeship from the aspects of the business volume of the Y hospital after the trusteeship,the number of new technologies and new businesses,the efficiency of the use of medical resources,and the scientific research strength,and put forward relevant suggestions for the subsequent increase of the sinking effect of high-quality medical resources under the custody mode.
