福州地区老年房颤患者口服抗凝药物依从性现状及影响因素分析

摘要 目的了解福州地区老年房颤患者口服抗凝药物依从性的情况并对分析其影响因素。方法采取便利抽样方法,采用中文修订版Morisky服药依从性量表(MMAS-8)对2018年2月至2021年7月收住于福州三甲医院的100名老年房颤患者进行调查。结果100例老年房颤患者口服抗凝药的依从性总得分为(5.37±2.06)分,多元线性回归分析发现,主要影响老年房颤患者口服抗凝药物依从性的显著因子为年龄、文化程度、合并症种数、服药频率及CHA2DS2-VASc评分。结论福州地区老年房颤患者口服抗凝药物依从性低下且影响因素较多,临床护理工作中可注重上述影响因素,对老年房颤患者制定针对性的干预措施,以提高服药依从性。
